We have all watched dramatic increases in administrative costs and staff. What we don’t know are the root causes and practical ways of addressing the issue. Together with the staff, let’s review the town’s processes and identify improvements that other municipalities have achieved. Making the work more effective reduces costs and makes the job easier for the staff!
